ANIC works with surrounding neighbors, local nonprofit organizations, government officials and financial institutions, to create financially feasible and broadly supported community revitalization.

ANIC’s housing programs include subsidized home mortgages for any income homebuyers, commercial rental developments and mixed income rentals. ANIC is a federal approved 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
